INTRODUCTION

   Due to lack of 3D contents, 3D ready TV or display devices will not be viewed in 3D mode all the time. YT-V3D-P will offer real-time 2D to 3D conversion for all 2D content to solve this problem.

   YT-V3D-P provides 2D to 3D converting functions, show 2D content in 3D effect! YT-V3D-P is also designed to work with 3D HDTV, and 3D DLP Projector.

   1. Strong video processor function, support signal frequency doubling function, turn 60Hz to 120Hz, support max 1080P@60HZ/720P@120Hz.

CONNECTION & OPERATION

Installation:

Step 1: 3D DLP projector with a HDMI connection (or 3D HDTVS) to YT-V3D-P HDMI OUT. Step 2:using a HDMI cable connects the output of the input source device to YT-V3D-P HDMI input 1 or 2.

Step 3:  Switch on YT - V3D -P the power with DC 5V/2A power adaptor .

Step 4: Connection finished. When YT - V3D - P LED (blue) of the indicator light on, the work mode is :BYPASS.

Note: default work mode is BYPASS mode (all mode light is off, except the power lamp, BYPASS the lamp, the other lamp off. If switch to HDMI 2, the red light will on).

Operation:

Use IR remote control or manual to control"MODE"key on the main unit to select mode.

When choose "MODE"button, the corresponding led light on

Mode 1:2D Program to 3D HDTV

         Convert 2D program into 3D effect via 3D HDTV

         Use 3D active glasses to watch.

         Level of 3D effect can be adjusted.

         3D format output: 3D left/right format

Mode 2:2D Program to 3D DLP projector

     Convert 2D program into 3D effect via 3D DLP projector

      Use 3D active glasses to watch.

     3 Levels of 3D effect can be adjusted.

     3D format output, sequential frames, suit for DLP projector 720P60HZ/120HZ

Mode 3/4:For remote control                                                        

Caution:  (1) Users need to wear an active Shutter (or  passive Polarized) glasses to watch 3D effect videos on 3D HDTV.

(2) Input signal source like blue-ray, hdd player, ps3 etc, output ratio should be 16:9.

(3) If you feel the projector has no good effect , maybe the 3d glasses does not match with the projector, and then the left/right don't synchronous, please reset the projector or the 3d glasses.

(4) Some 3d dlp projector does not support 1080P 3D signal and make the effect worse, please set the signal source like blue-ray , ps3, hdd player etc to 720P.

Mode 5:Pass

   Input = Output, 2D/3D program will be passed through.

 "3d effect" button  can adjust the 3d effect levels, invalid when get the highest effect.

Remote Control Operation :

   "Power" turn or of off the converter.

   "Green BYPASS" button  2D/3D program work under pass mode

   "MUTE" audio on and off

  "HDMI1"input channel 1

   "HDMI2"input channel 2.  If has no audio output, please adjust volume key of the projector.

  "WEAK,MIDDLE,STRONG"this 3 buttons works when choose 2D TO DLP .

2D video input:

1. "2D TO SBSH" 2D to 3DTV left and right mode

choose model1, 2D program to 3D HDTV

Press OK, 2D to 3DTV left and right mode.

2. "2D TO DLP"

choose model2, 2D program to 3D projector.

Press OK, 2D to 3d projector frequent frames.

3. "LINE TO DLP"

choose model3, LINE program to 3D projector.

Press OK, LINE to 3d projector frequent frames.

4. "2D TO 3D TNB" 2D to 3D HDTV up and down model(not valid now)

5.  "SBSH TO DLP"

choose model5, 3D up and down model to 3D projector.

Press OK, left and right program to 3d projector frequent frames

6 "TNB TO DLP"

choose model6, 3D up and down model to 3D projector

7  "BYPASS"

choose model7, 3d blue-ray player transmit signal to 3d dlp projector, and please set 3d blue-ray player resolution to 720P. And it will not work if the 3d dlp projector resolution does not match with the 3d blue-ray.

8 "FP TO DLP"

choose modle8, 3d blue-ray player transmit signal to 3d DLP projector, and please set 3d blue-ray player resolution to 720P. Play 3d moives or other FP signals choose this model.

APPLICATIONS NOTICES

The 3D glasses should matched with 3D DLP projector, generally 3d active glasses and 120HZ-144HZ.

Why the 3D DLP projector has no picture, black screen or lighting?

 A: Please change the HDMI cable, or reconnect the HDMI cable, or reset the converter and choose "BYPASS" mode.

When play 3D movies, the projector resolution ratio should be 16:9, SYNC function on,or the picture maybe lighting.

Support side by side( left and right, up and down)3d signal moves to normal 2D HDTV?

  A: No, only support side by side(left and right) 3d movies to 3DTV.

Support any 3d projector?

 A: for now only support 3D DLP 720P 120HZ projector,because most projector  max resolution is 720P120HZ, and not reach 1080P120HZ, so default is 720P120HZ.

3D DLP converter support projector models? Any setting requirement? 

A: Any signal source with HDMI output can be use, when choose 3d blue-ray player, the HDMI default output is 720P,YT-V3D-P default is 720P 120HZ,no need any setting, or choose "BYPASS,other signal source like PC, notebook the resolution should be 1280*720 to match the 3d DLP projector.

CAUTION:

Cautions when watching 3D contents:

1.It may cause drowsiness, headache, or giddiness when watching 3D program    for a    long    time. Take

10~15 minutes break every hour. Stop watching 3D videos immediately when you have any uncomfortable feeling.

2.Pregnant women, seniors, people with heart problems should avoid watching 3D program.

3.Watching 3D program may affect children's visual development, especially for children under 5 years old.

4.It may harm your vision when watching 3D program too close or for a long time.
